Restorative Dentistry

This field of dentistry deals with restoring teeth to their original form and function. When done well, it is very hard to differentiate between the restoration (dental composite or dental ceramic) and the tooth, as the color matches the natural tooth perfectly.

Another aspect of restorative dentistry is full mouth rehabilitations. In these cases, all the teeth have been ground because of teeth grinding, bruxism- or for other reasons- and there are missing teeth. As a result, other teeth have moved to create an unfavorable bite and/or look. These teeth can be capped with ceramic crowns, or replaced with implants if needed. Doing so allows our patients to once again regain the confidence and function that comes with an amazing, full set of teeth.
